I have set up a mail server. It was a bit of a pain, especially since once I got it working in one form I went to extend it beyond. As a result it now supports virtual mailboxes and signing. I think as a result I have doubled the DNS records for this site. Hopefully now someone will send me an email, but I’m not too hopeful. I guess this may be considered a good educational pass, but I’m probably not going to repeat it later. Its a lot of a headache trying to read logs and figure out why its not working, especially when you’re getting relatively unhelpful guides when you look it up online. Anyway, now its working and it doesn’t get marked as spam in gmail or outlook, so let’s see if I can convince some mates to make an account.
